Karen and Malcolm would love to invite you, your family and friends to holiday in a relaxing atmosphere in our comfortable golf apartment. Set on Polaris Worlds latest and largest Resort. Hacienda Riquelme golf is in the sunny Costa Calida region of southern Spain.
Our new apartment provides a very comfortable base for a golf or
beach holiday. Hacienda Riquelme forms part of the Jack Nicklaus Golf Trail along with La Torre, Mar Menor & El Valle Golf Resorts, all
linked with a FREE bus shuttle so you can enjoy the benefits of all Polaris resorts, There are also many other courses in the area.
Riquelme is a 5* golf resort, but we feel a car is advantageous to explore the Costa Calida Region and its lovely safe beaches and secluded coves. There are other Polaris world resorts nearby which are at your disposal and the Mar Menor which has many beautiful places to visit and good variety of restaurants shops etc. facilities on site include club/pro shop tapas bar and a well stocked supermarket. Tennis courts, outside gym, petanca (boules)are also available on site along with children's play areas.
This light and airy second floor apartment sleeps 4 comfortably & 6 with the use of sofa bed. The apartment is finished and furnished to a high standard, offering you all the benefits of modern living. There is an elevator from a secure underground parking up to your accommodation. In front of the apartment there is a stunning communal pool.Surrounding the property there are well thought out landscaped gardens, all within a secure gated environment.

Experience the nearby cities of Murcia & Catagena with thier sites of historical interest, not
to mention the shopping i said not to mention the shopping. For the young & the young at heart why not try the Aqupolis Torrevieja water park.
If its skiing or snowboarding you are into the Sierra Nevada mountain ski resorts are under 3 hours drive away.
Murcia a large bustling city with attractive shopping and markets is 30 mins drive or by train from Balsicas. The Beautiful historical city of Cartagena is on the coast and is 30 Min's by car.

We have done our best to furnish and equip our apartment to insure that your stay is as comfortable as possible.
Lounge
Lounge Sofabed – the main suite in the lounge will convert to a sofa bed. The bed is metal framed and should provide a good comfortable place to sleep . LCD TV DVD player. You will also find a selection of games / playing cards, books and cd`s for your use.You will also find a small collection of DVD’S in the drawers under tv.
Air-conditioning & Central Heating – The lounge is equipped with air-conditioning & fans in bedrooms. Gas central heating is provided throughout.
two Bedrooms
Each with twin beds, built-in wardrobes with 3 drawer units inside, bedside tables, alarm clocks, hangers also 2 hairdryers so there is no need to pack one. French doors leading out a terrace with country views.
Note : Beds can be pushed together to make doubles.
Kitchen
The kitchen should contain everything you need for self catering. Pots, pans, plates, cutlery, tin openers and most importantly a cork screw! There is also a small fire EXTINGUISHER . Behind the Kitchen door is an ironing board and the iron is situated on a shelf under the microwave. Some basic tools are left in the bottom drawer of the drawer unit.
A programmable safe is provided free of charge to lock away you passports,money etc.
Dining area
Seats 6 in comfort There are six leather chairs 2 of which are in the bedrooms.
Modern Bathroom
Bath with shower over, adjustable shower rail, wc, bidet. Mirror over wash basin.
Terraces
A table and chairs is provided for your morning breakfast – or Pimms in the afternoon! There are two terraces – One large leading from the lounge to enjoy the stunning views over the 11th fairway & a smaller rear terrace with views over the countryside.
